Getting Logged Out
If you get kicked out of SmartFox, make sure you are actively engaging within the window. If the issue persists, clear your history.
If you get kicked out of SmartFox, there is a 35-minute activity and if SmartFox detects no activity within a 35-minutes, it will log you out; However, if the issue continues, try clearing your history (especially the cache). We recommend using Google Chrome and make sure you have the settings set for automatic updates.
